Woodlands Primary School, North Tonbridge have an exciting opportunity for a passionate newly qualified teacher to join our fantastic team. We offer excellent professional development and support together with opportunities for progression both within the school and as part the Kaizen Teaching Schools Partnership.

The ideal candidate will have some experience in either Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2, enjoy working as part of a dedicated team and be both ambitious for themselves and for our school. 

The position is a permanent post from September 2020 open to NQTs with options for both Full Time and Part Time appointments.

Our children are hoping for an enthusiastic teacher, who makes learning exciting and challenging and is cheerful and caring. They would like someone willing to go the extra mile to help them succeed.  

We are committed to the safeguarding of children. The successful candidate will be subject to an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references. We reserve the right to interview early should a suitable candidate apply.

Information about the school

Woodlands Primary School was formed in September 2016 following the amalgamation of Woodlands Infant and Woodlands Junior Schools. We are a successful and happy school in North Tonbridge. Currently we have approximately 600 pupils on roll, organised into three classes per year group across three buildings: Saplings (EYFS), Acorn (KS1) and Oak (KS2). Our enthusiastic and dedicated staff work strongly together to provide exciting learning experiences for the children both inside and outside the classroom.
