We require an office administrator to support our busy school office. The work is varied and includes general administration and duties, such as filing, data entry, managing post, managing attendance, telephone enquiries, emails as well as parents.

 

Previous experience in admin is essential; school office experience would be an advantage. Accuracy, attention to detail, flexibility, ability to work under pressure, kindness and a caring attitude to both adults and children and a willingness to be part of a team are crucial for this post.

 

St Augustine’s is a thriving and successful Catholic school. We are committed to the care of all pupils and to nurture them to be the best they can be.

This post is for 17 hours a week.  Monday and Thursday hours 8.45am to 3.45pm with an hour for lunch.  Friday 8.45 - 2.45pm with an hour for lunch.

Applicants do not need to be practicing Catholics but will need to support the Catholic aims and ethos of the school.

The school is part of the Kent Catholic Schools Partnership and is linked to, and collaborates closely with St Margaret Clitherow Primary School in Tonbridge, St Thomas' Primary School in Sevenoaks, with a shared Executive Academy Principal, Mrs Katharine Sexton and Area Business Manager, Mrs Maria Sherring.
