We are seeking to appoint an administrative assistant to help in a busy office based at St Nicholas School.  This is a term time only position and hours of work will be 8.30 am - 2.30 pm with some flexibility.

Applicants must be computer literate (Microsoft Word and Excel).  Experience of SIMs would be an advantage but not essential.  You will have Maths and English GCSE grade C or above or a recognised equivalent.

 Ideally you will have:

  • Previous experience working in an office
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills
  • Good organisational skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good communication skills 
  • A good sense of humour
