Under 2's room Supervisor required

We are looking for an experienced, enthuiastic and caring professional person to join our team to lead our babyroom. 

  • You will be required to work 40 hours per week, working a variety of shifts between the hours of 7.30-6, (e.g. 7.30-4/9.30-6 and other shifts inbetween)
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years experience working with children under 2 years old
  • Have a minimum NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent in Early Years and Child care Development
  • be required to undertake an Enhanced DBS disclosure check
  • Have an excellent knowledge of the EYFS and willingness to carry out further training
  • Be able to Liaise with staff to continually review practice and improve the experiences and opportunities for our children by being a positive role model and sharing good practice
  • This position will have a level of responsibility to be a key holder and in-charge of the setting in the absence of Manager/Deputy Manager to lead a team of staff when required.

 

Information about the school

We are a term time only sessional preschool, out of school club and holiday club housed in Goat Lees Community Hall in Kennington Ashford Kent.
