Under 2's room Supervisor required

We are looking for an experienced, enthuiastic and caring professional person to join our team to lead our babyroom.

You will be required to work 40 hours per week, working a variety of shifts between the hours of 7.30-6, (e.g. 7.30-4/9.30-6 and other shifts inbetween)
Must have a minimum of 3 years experience working with children under 2 years old
Have a minimum NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent in Early Years and Child care Development
be required to undertake an Enhanced DBS disclosure check
Have an excellent knowledge of the EYFS and willingness to carry out further training
Be able to Liaise with staff to continually review practice and improve the experiences and opportunities for our children by being a positive role model and sharing good practice
This position will have a level of responsibility to be a key holder and in-charge of the setting in the absence of Manager/Deputy Manager to lead a team of staff when required.

We are a term time only sessional preschool, out of school club and holiday club housed in Goat Lees Community Hall in Kennington Ashford Kent.
