Luton Primary School is seeking to appoint a strategic leader, heading the design and implementation of a new primary school formed from the amalgamation of two existing schools. This Headteacher will have a proven background in primary school improvement and will be seeking to develop partnerships within education and across public health and social care.

The successful candidate will be a lead professional, confidently providing a significant role model within the Luton community. They will embrace their accountability for the education of current and future generations of children with energy, humility and unrelenting aspiration. Fusing and galvanising the existing best practice in both the infant and junior schools, the candidate will create a team of professionals who champion the needs of every child, enabling them to flourish and achieve in their community primary school.
