Seal Primary School has an exciting opportunity for a skilled, highly motivated and enthusiastic full-time HLTA. Hours of work will be 8:30am to 3:30pm 2-3days per week, term time only. The position is paid at KR5 - KR6 depending on experience. Duties include covering teacher absence due to training, PPA and leading small group interventions.

Recent experience as an HLTA, in particular the planning and delivering of lessons and individual/group interventions is desirable. Your ability to build relationships, have a positive outlook and a willingness to try different approaches is essential. You will be supported by the Class Teachers to facilitate high quality independent learning and help all pupils achieve their best.
