Do you have a passion for outdoor education and learning outside the classroom? We have an amazing Forest School that needs a special person who understands our passion and our vision to get more children outdoors, to immerse them in their curriculum by learning outside.

At Pilgrims’ Way Primary, we believe that learning should be a rewarding and enjoyable experience for all. Our irresistible curriculum promotes independence through purposeful learning experiences, which are supported by Forest School principles.

We want an imaginative, resourceful and friendly person who is inspired by the outdoors and the positive effect it can have on children. We need a good communicator who, while being trustworthy and responsible, has a sense of fun and freedom. We need a person who understands the effort involved in making sure the children's activities run smoothly and each learning experience is a success, supported by our amazing staff team.

Our Forest School is used throughout the school day teaching children from 3 to 11 about nature, communication, team work and so much more. If you feel you have what it takes then we would love to hear from you.

Visits to the school are positively encouraged. Please contact Mrs Bertram on 01227 760084 or email: jo.bertram@pilgrims-way.kent.sch.uk to book a visit.
