We are looking to appoint a Chapter Support Manager who will provide support for students in Years 7-11. 

 

You will work with students and their families to support them to overcome any challenges they may face.

 

As part of this role you will liaise with Academy staff, parents and appropriate outside agencies and therefore you will need a positive, cheerful attitude and excellent communication skills, especially when interacting with young people. 

 

The post encompasses a wide range of pastoral responsibilities, such as dealing with student's behaviour and uniform issues, organising detentions and processing fixed term exclusions for example. You will also support Academy duties including the running of the student hub and inclusion room.

 

Ideally, the successful candidate would lead on well-being, but training can be provided.

 

Salary:  Grade G: £25,295 - £28,785 ( Actual Salary - £21,660 - £24,649)
