The Governing Body are seeking to appoint a Year 4 class teacher. If you have a passion and commitment for teaching and learning, have high personal expectations of your own achievement and professional development and are flexible, creative and energetic, we could be the school for you!

Ideally, we are looking for someone to cover from the start of Term 5 on a part time basis, 3 days a week and then full time from the start of Term 1 in September 2020.

Meopham Community Academy is a two form entry primary school set in a beautiful village location and the school prides itself on providing a happy, safe and caring environment for all its pupils. We are a busy, friendly and popular school with a warm and welcoming ethos; recognised by all who visit! The staff, parents and governors of our school all work together to try to provide the best for the families we serve. We want our children to enjoy their time and education with us and to achieve the highest possible standards in all aspects of their lives. We are very proud of our school and the high standards of behaviour and learning that our children achieve. Our broad curriculum, wide range of extra-curricular activities and support for pupils were all recognised in the most recent, short Ofsted inspection in October 2018, where the school continued to be rated as "Good". We work closely with our partner schools within The Pathway Academy Trust; Wrotham Road Primary School, Riverview Infant School, Riverview Junior School and Culverstone Green Primary School.
