As a teacher you will:

Take responsibility for teaching a class and have high expectations of pupils in order to build successful relationships.
Set challenging teaching and learning objectives; planning lessons and sequences of lessons to ensure good progress for all children.
Make appropriate use of the school's monitoring and assessment strategies to evaluate pupils' progress towards planned learning objectives.
Believe that with the right support, every child can reach the highest standards
embrace a wider, creative curriculum – not just English and Maths
