An excellent opportunity to become part of a fun and energetic team! We are seeking a TA willing to use their own initiative and show resilience to the rewarding demands of working within an educational setting. Ideally the applicant will have good organisational skills and experience of the new curriculum with a dedicated approach to pupil outcome in order to help deliver a fun, exciting and vibrant curriculum.

You should hold a relevant qualification and have experience of supporting and enabling learning, have genuine interest and sensitivity to children’s individual needs, be committed to the delivery of high quality learning for all children and be happy to work with and contribute to a Christian ethos.

Holy Trinity is a diverse and welcoming community. It is a vibrant and purposeful primary school with over 400 pupils. The school is a caring, Christian school at the heart of a thriving community, and lies on the outskirts of Dartford. The school embraces all of the National Curriculum and enjoys the support of Cornerstone Curriculum. The school supports and allows staff to plan exciting real life learning for the children both on and off site. There are fourteen classes with a dedicated team of teaching assistants who provide professional support for the children's learning. The staff team are friendly, supportive and diverse and we enjoy working as a team. The schools last Ofsted inspection was February 2023 where we maintained our Good judgement and at the SIAMS inspection In July 2017 received an outstanding judgement in all areas .
