We are seeking a Director of KS5 to join our professional and dedicated team. Strong leadership skills are essential, together with an ambition and enthusiasm for this exciting position. You will need excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with your team, other staff members, parents and students. The successful candidate must be approachable, adaptable and well organised and in sympathy with the Catholic Ethos and Mission of the School.

Information about the school

Located on the southern fringes of the historic city of Canterbury, St Anselm's is a happy and successful wide ability school, catering for those who wish to receive a Catholic education. The school has a large catchment area extending from Ashford to Herne Bay and from Wingham to Faversham. It is regularly over-subscribed. The Sixth Form, numbering 150 students, offers a wide range of Advanced level and vocational courses. In September 2004 the school became a specialist school for Science, though retaining its Catholic ethos.
