We require a dynamic, motivated, pro-active and well-organised individual who has the ability and skills to successfully support the EOS Department.

You must be flexible, adaptable, outgoing and able to work both independently and as part of a team. You will be required to lead a range of offsite provisions for all Key Stage students such as Horse Riding, Challenger Troop, Teal Therapeutic and Hadlow, which includes the transportation of students to such provisions. You will be expected to be working off site independently for the majority of your working timetable and you will need to be experienced in managing groups of students independently, be confident in making decisions and be able to carry out dynamic risk assessments.

All of our learners have ECHPs and as a school we are proud to promote the development of life skills and social development as equal to academic achievement.  West Heath School work towards the end goal of helping students re-integrate into mainstream learning and preparation for adulthood.
