Join Team Turner – Morehall Primary and Martello Primary are looking to appoint a highly reliable, efficient and adaptable Senior Administrator/PA to join our busy school and to help promote and support our vision and direction of making our schools a place where children thrive and knowledge matters.

The position is term time only plus inset days and 2 weeks, 5 days a week, 8:00 - 4:00pm with flexibility to accommodate meetings

You will be the first point of contact for our parents, children and visitors and we therefore expect the successful candidate to:-

  • Have HEART
  • Be passionate about supporting our children and the community
  • Have the ability to make our pupils feel valued and safe
  • Enjoy working as a team
  • Offer enthusiasm, energy and positivity to the role
  • Have excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint and be open to developing this further
  • Be an expert minute-taker
  • Have the ability to communicate well (written, face to face and telephone)
  • Be able to organise and prioritise your workload
  • Have exceptional knowledge of SIMS or be open to developing this
  • Have experience in updating websites, Facebook and generating text for these other forms of communication
  • Work confidentially, dealing with a broad spectrum of personnel related matters
  • Support the organisation and delivery of trips

Pay: AR5 - AR6  £18,225 - £22,543(£16,127 - £20,073 pro rata) dependent on experience
