We require a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join our committed and talented staff team. This position is to support a Year 4 child with Severe Anxiety. This role is for 20 hours per week, term time only, paid on Kent Range 3, 8.30 a.m – 12:30 p.m. Monday to Friday.

Experience of working within any of the following areas would be an advantage:

  • Working alongside the class teacher to prepare resources and lessons that are best suited to the child's level of ability 
  • Working alongside parents and agencies to determine a holistic approach to a child’s personalised curriculum
  • Knowledge of support in mental health and wellbeing

We are looking for someone who has the following qualities:

  • Team Player
  • Multi-agency approach
  • Effective communicator
