Fegans Preschool Manager – Maidstone, Kent

Fegans are delighted to offer an incredible opportunity for a dynamic Preschool Manager to open a brand-new Preschool facility in Tovil.  Fegans have partnered with Archbishop Courtenay School for over a year to develop an onsite family hub providing qualified Counselling and Parent Support. In April 2020 we will be opening an onsite preschool to further develop the work we have started and so are looking for a passionate Preschool Manager to join our team. The Preschool will have capacity for 30 children per session, term time only. You will need to have a minimum Level 3 NVQ Child care or equivalent and be experienced in running a team and/or a preschool that strives for excellence. Are you driven to see vulnerable families flourish?  Are you interested in developing the children but also in impacting the local community?  Then we would love to hear from you.  Salary range up to £23,000 per annum dependent on experience.

Information about the school

Archbishop Courtenay Church of England Primary School is an expanding 1.5 form entry school and a member of Aquila, The Diocese of Canterbury Academies Trust (www.aquilatrust.co.uk).

We work closely with our community, especially All Saints' Church, and have a PTFA which helps organise many events. PE and music specialists provide additional curriculum enrichment. All early years classrooms have their own, purpose-built outside learning environment. Our Pastoral & Wellbeing Manager offers highly effective support to our pupils and their families.
