Administration and IT Support Assistant required – December 2019 / January 2020

Kent Range 4 - £17,498 - £18,611 (pro rata) – 37 hours per week

5 days per week 8am – 4pm  Term time only plus 5 Inset days

                               

 

We are looking for a friendly, positive, enthusiastic and well organised person to join our expanding office team.

Your role will include working front of house, welcoming parents and visitors to our school, plus providing general admin and clerical support. You will also have a key role in acting as the school’s IT co-ordinator, working closely with our IT provider.

The successful candidate will:

  • Be well presented and with an enthusiastic, warm manner
  • Possess a ‘can do’ attitude and be a creative problem solver
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Be self-motivated
  • Possess excellent IT and literacy skills
  • Have an ability to be flexible and work calmly under pressure
  • Be able to prioritise and use own initiative
