The Governors of this popular and friendly academy are looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic School Administrator to work in our busy school office. We are a happy team, proud of our school and relentless in our efforts to give students, staff and parents the very best.

As the ‘face’ of the school the administrator will be welcoming, personable, helpful and able to represent the school in a professional and friendly manner both in person, via email and on the telephone. In addition, the successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisation skills and be a highly competent user of MS Office software and School Information Management Systems (SIMS).  It is essential that the person for this role is organised, able to multitask and have a ‘can do’ approach and a sense of humour, no two days are the same!

The post is offered on Kent Range 5 (£18,704 – £20,121 – pro rata) depending on experience and qualifications; 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8am – 4pm) term time only plus staff development days.

We are a very popular and high attaining one form entry Primary Academy with a big heart and strong sense of community. Within our friendly and welcoming ethos we have very high expectations for all our pupils and celebrate their many skills and talents. We enjoy excellent teaching resources, spacious classrooms, a happy and supportive staff team and delightful well motivated children.

As a stand alone academy we enjoy the benefits this status brings us. However, we are equally committed to our proactive role in working collaboratively with the wider community of schools in Dartford for the benefit of all our staff and pupils.

In our Ofsted Inspection (June 2022) we were pleased that the school continued to be recognised for the excellent quality of education provided for our pupils. During the visit, the inspector praised the leadership of the school, the behaviour of the children and the varied curriculum on offer, which together with the effectiveness of the learning environment and excellent relationships contributes to the high standards achieved by our pupils year on year.
