To ensure high quality provision for the progress, quality of learning and teaching and the behaviour and safety of students at Key Stage 5. Working with the Assistant Principal KS5, ensuring that there is cohesive and aspirational planning for recruitment to the 6th Form.

Leadership, development and delivery of the Level 2 KS5 programme to ensure a purposeful and worthwhile programme of study is in place which leads to year 13 retention.

Working with the lead for Progression, Careers and Work Experience to ensure that all student destinations are secure and Gatsby benchmarks in KS5 are met.

The successful candidate will be required to teach alongside duties listed in the job description.

You will be resilient and have a relentless focus on achieving the highest standards, with the ability to work as part of a team. Applicants must have a passion for their subject and be able to drive educational outcomes, ensuring consistent progress for the young people we teach.
