The ASPIRE federation is looking for a part time member of staff to join our team ! We are in need of a 2 day a week PPA cover teacher or higher level teaching asistant. You will work across the federation covering PPA in both key stages. Additional days may be available for cover purposes. We are looking for flexibility, we offer the chance to work for a unique federation in the beautiful countryside !  The succeful applicant will work in at least two of the federation schools and cover at least 3 different classes. They are expected to work closely with the teachers and plan and deliver lessons providing good quality PPA cover.

The ASPIRE Federation is a partnership of four small village primary schools in rural Kent, near the county town of Maidstone Two schools are Church of England primary schools and two are community primary schools. The ASPIRE mission statement is:
