The Trustees are looking for a well motivated individual to join their team of experienced teaching and support staff to assist with the lunch time period.

The role is for 5 days a week 11.45am to 1.15pm, term time only and will currently be for a fixed term period until 31st August 2020 with a view of making permanent for the next academic year.

You should:

  • Enjoy working with children
  • assist children with their food
  • provide a safe environment for children to eat and play in
  • be proactive in finding activities that are inclusive
  • good behaviour management
  • have a positive outlook
  • an understanding of safeguarding and reporting procedures
  • have an great sense of humour

River Mill is a new free school that has opened in the centre of Dartford. We are part of Connect Schools Academy Trust, which is a MAT with six like-minded schools in Dartford, Tonbridge and Bromley. We will be Combining with Compass Academy Trust from September 2024. This enables us to deliver highly effective CPD opportunities and structure for professional development and career progression.
