St Augustine’s Catholic Primary School is looking to appoint two term-time Teaching Assistants who are highly skilled and enthusiastic to provide general support across all Years (Reception - Year 6).

The posts are for five days a week (Monday to Friday) to include lunchtime cover term time only;daily hours: 8.55am-3.25pm daily.  Half hour lunch. 

Experience of working with children who require a highly differentiated curriculum, support with memory and auditory processing, gross and fine motor skills programmes, social skills and emotional guidance is beneficial but not essential.

You must have a good standard of English and Maths and be able to communicate effectively with adults and children. You will be expected to use your initiative and to contribute your ideas. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with children; works well as part of a team and has a good sense of humour!

Applicants do not need to be practicing Catholics but will need to support the Catholic aims and ethos of the school.

The school is part of the Kent Catholic Schools Partnership and is linked to, and collaborates closely with St Margaret Clitherow Primary School in Tonbridge, St Thomas' Primary School in Sevenoaks, with a shared Executive Academy Principal, Mrs Katharine Sexton and Area Business Manager, Mrs Maria Sherring.
