Thistle Hill Academy are looking for a Parent Support Advisor to support its growing school community in a part time role (22.5 hours)

The candidate will require relevant experience of working with families, including parents, pupils, professionals and agencies. It would be desirable if they have knowledge of inter-agency provision that support schools and families. The candidate should be able to work in a collaborative way to manage the diverse needs of pupils and families.

We are looking for a candidate who has exceptional inter personal skills, communications skills and an understanding of the needs or children and young people. It is essential that an effective record keeping system is maintained and accurate records are kept. Training will be provided to support where required.
