This is an exciting opportunity at a very exciting time for Aylesham Primary School as we continue to embark on a journey of positive change and growth. The school continues to grow in strength and size, increasing roll to the school, leading to a recent move to a new school building and larger grounds.

Who we’re looking for:

We are seeking an experienced individual who can provide exceptional management and operational support across all aspects of school administration, finance, HR and site management to drive forward and enhance standards of achievement within the school.

You will be someone with a high level of interpersonal and communication skills in order to discuss budgetary positions and personnel issues, advising the various Governing Body Committees.

As a member of the schools Senior Leadership team, your expertise will help to develop and forge relationships across the school and build wider links within the community.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

A level 3/4 Diploma (or equivalent) or having, or willing to work towards the Certificate or Diploma of School Business Management (CSBM/DSBM).

Detailed, authoritative knowledge and experience in financial procedures and experience within payroll and accountancy.

Knowledge of school procedure/policies, KCC regulations and audit requirements with an awareness of data protection (GDPR) and confidentiality issues.
