NQT Teacher of English at Orchards Academy - Fixed Term until August 2020 (we will support the NQT year and there is the potential for the role to be made permanent)

We are seeking to appoint a qualified teacher to take up the position of NQT Teacher of English at Orchards Academy. The successful candidate will be joining a busy department and will be required to work across the whole ability range at KS3 and KS4, where they will receive support and mentoring as part of the NQT programme. Initially this will be a fixed term position until August 2020, we will support the NQT year and there is the potential for the role to be made permanent.

As part of The Kemnal Academies Trust (TKAT), Orchards Academy has a strong commitment to professional development of staff.

The ability to converse at ease with members of the public and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post, in accordance with the Immigration Act 2016
