Salary: £20,550 - £23,278 pa

37 hours per week, all year round

We are seeking an experienced Data Officer to join our friendly staff team at Wilmington Grammar School For Boys

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and analytically-minded individual to manage the internal data system and analyse the school’s performance data, producing reports for a range of audiences including Local Governors, Trustees and Directors.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have a strong working knowledge of a range of ICT software (e.g. SIMS, Microsoft Office, in particular Excel, and MIS systems).
  • Be highly numerate – minimum A’ level or degree level education.
  • Have the ability to analyse large volumes of complex data and present the results to a range of stakeholders.
  • Be well organised with a strong attention to detail.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role within an educational setting or will have transferrable skills from a different setting and be willing to learn.
