Blue Skies School are excited to be seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team.

 

As a unique, passionate and inspiring school, Blue Skies are looking for an enthusiastic and efficient Administrative Assistant who can help support the staff and students on a day to day basis. This person will need to demonstrate a professional approach, with excellent communication and organisational skills. The applicant must manage a range of varied tasks and provide a range of secretarial and administrative duties to support the smooth running of the school, including some time on main reception. Applicants must be computer literate (high level of competence in Microsoft Word and Excel), numerate, accurate and able to work independently.

 

Blue Skies is an independent special school, based in Medway, which offers a unique service to children and young adults aged 11-25 on the autism spectrum. It is an extremely caring school with a holistic approach towards education, catering for students in Medway, Kent and the surrounding areas.

 

Experience of working with students on the autism spectrum is desirable, although it is not a requirement, as training will be given.
