We are looking for a talented individual to join our team in our current Year 2 classes as a Teaching Assistant. This post is to support a child with an EHCP - both within a whole class setting and through interventions. The successful candidate will also be part of the Year 2 team with some whole class responsibilities.

We have a fantastic SENCo and expertise within our staff to offer support and training - especially around strategies to support with Speech and Language and barriers to learning associated with ASD. We also have fantastic links with external services and work closely with them to create personalised plans suitable for children's needs.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Experience within a primary school setting
  • Some understanding of ASD and speech and language barriers
  • A strong sense of team work and great communication skills
  • A belief in our philosophy of 'One Childhood, One Chance'
