Seal has an exciting opportunity for a skilled, highly motivated and enthusiastic full-time HLTA. Hours of work will be 8:30am to 3:30pm 5 days per week, term time only. The position is paid at KR5 - KR6 depending on experience. Duties include covering teacher absence due to training, PPA, etc and leading 1:1/small group interventions. In addition to this there will also be three half hour lunchtime duties.

Recent experience as an HLTA, in particular the planning and delivering of lessons and individual/group interventions is desirable. Your ability to build relationships, have a positive outlook and a willingness to try different approaches is essential. You will be supported by the Class Teachers to facilitate high quality independent learning and help all pupils achieve their best.

Seal Church of England Primary School is a growing village school in delightful rural surroundings, close to Sevenoaks. Seal federated with Four Elms Primary School last year creating The Inspire Federation.

We run a successful Forest School on site. We also have an all-day Nurture provision.
