High Needs Funded Learning Support Assistant

Purpose of the Job:
Looking for a new challenge? Sunny Bank Primary School has the perfect opportunity for you! We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, highly motivated and energetic Learning Support Assistant, from September 2019, to provide 1:1 support.
This is a temporary position (term time only) 30 hours per week. The post will be paid on KR3 pro rata £17,365 - £17,411.
Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant would be an advantage and in particular with pupils with additional needs.
This is a temporary position linked to individual pupil funding.

Teaching Assistants in this role may also undertake some or all of the following:
Comply with policies and procedures relating to child protection, health, safety and security, confidentiality and data protection, reporting all concerns to an appropriate person.
Sunny Bank is a developing school, working in partnership with The Island Learning Trust and working closely with Meadowfield School, to provide an inclusive provision.
