We are looking for a reliable, well organised, enthusiastic and cheerful individual to join our Admin team and fill this very busy role in our school office.

Hours will be 8:00 - 13:00 Monday to Friday, term time, plus staff development days.

Salary KR4 (£17,498 FTE) Pro-rata £10,009 p.a.

The ideal candidate should be happy to work on their own and as part of a team. The successful candidate should have strong IT skills, a confident telephone manner and have the ability to multi-task and prioritise. Knowledge of SIMS is preferred and experience of working in a school office is an advantage.

Good interpersonal skills are essential as they will be the first point of contact for all visitors to the school.

Informal visits to the school are limited due to building works, however, appointments can be made by emailing cmiles@sunnybank.kent.sch.uk.
