We are looking for an administration assistant to join our support team from September 2019, 24 hours per week plus staff development days. Hours of work will be 10am - 16.30pm for four days. There may be the possibility of additional hours to meet school requirements. Knowledge of school procedures and SIMS would be beneficial although training can be provided.

Excellent ICT, communication and interpersonal skills as well as attention to detail and accuracy are essential along with an understanding of the need to be confidential.

Information about the school

We are a large infant school of 360 children nestled in the Northfleet area of Gravesham.

We are a four form entry school with lovely outdoor learning areas including our Reception play garden, our newly developed year 1 play garden and our large forest school.

We offer wrap around care and have recently been awarded our Leading Parent Partnership Award for our dedication to working relentlessly with parents to ensure the best care for our children.

We are part of the Northfleet Trust Schools, ( which is not an academy), but which means we work very closely with 7 other local schools sharing expertise, training opportunities, resources and facilities.
