About the role:  St George's Primary School would like to appoint an additional Breakfast Club Assistant to join our team from 2nd September 2019.  We are looking to expand our current provision and this is an ideal role for those who genuinely have a passion for helping children and supporting our team to provide excellent provisions outside of the classroom for our pupils. Candidates who are appointed will receive full support and training from colleagues and teachers.

 

The basis of this role is Monday to Friday, Term Time only from 7.45am – 9.00am. Salary is Kent Range 2, FTE £17,364. With an Actual Salary of £2,902.56

 

The hours are 7.5 hours per week; the contract is temporary for one year.

 

Each and every member of staff, regardless of their position or seniority, is expected to participate in the overall running of the school and to act as a positive role model for our students.  In and out of the classroom, you will encourage and promote positive behaviour and effectively manage any situation that threatens to impact on the progress of other students.

 

We are looking for someone demonstrates the following:

  • Previous, recent experience in an education setting
  • Being independent and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent communicator at all levels
