The Post   Governors wish to appoint an excellent Lead Teaching Assistant for SEN Interventions.  This is a term time only post, 30 hours per week, plus 1 Staff Development Day. 

Candidates should be able to support the SENCO and Deputy SENCO to coordinate the effective deployment and monitoring of students for SEN departmental interventions and to deliver in classroom support programmes.

Level 3 or equivalent standard of education is required with at least 2 years' experience of working closely with SEND and a sound knowledge of policies and procedures relating to child protection, health, safety and confidentiality.  An ability to relate to children and communicate diplomatically with adults is vital.

Hours of work are 08.40-15.10 Monday-Friday (to include 30 minutes unpaid lunch break).
