School Secretary – based at Four Elms Primary School
We are seeking to appoint a friendly, professional, efficient and reliable person to work in our busy office. This post will suit somebody with proven administrative experience, who works well in a busy environment, enjoys finding solutions and who is willing to work as part of a team as well as independently. Working with the Administration Manager to ensure there is a smooth transfer of information with other members of staff at Four Elms and within the Inspire Federation.
The successful candidate will be able to multi task, have the ability to keep calm under pressure and to meet deadlines. Experience of working in a school office and knowledge of SIMS is essential; you will need excellent IT skills and good initiative. You will need to have enthusiasm for learning new skills and will need to be flexible, adaptable and have a good sense of humour.
Working hours: Monday – Friday 8.30am to 3.45pm, term time, plus two weeks based on KR4, pro rata according to experience. For those with extensive, relevant school experience a KR5 would be considered. A job share would also be considered.

Four Elms is a small village primary school located in the lovely village of Four Elms. The School has four classes, Reception are taught in Class 1 following the EYFS Curriculum. Years one and two are taught together in Class 2, Years three and four in Class 3 and Years 5 and 6 in Class 4.
