Head of Year 11 (Pastoral)

Wanted for September, a dedicated and organised Head of Year 11 (pastoral manager) with strong interpersonal skills. 

The position is for a fixed period of 6 months. The successful candidate would be responsible for the care and guidance of up to 165 students aged 15 and 16. 

High levels of literacy and ICT competence are essential. Experience of child protection protocols and first aid would be an advantage. Please see job description for more information. 

8am to 4pm term time, plus ten days during holidays (to be negotiated).

Salary - £15,000 - £20,000 depending on experience.
