SAT support staff pay scheme,  Band 7 (£19,955 - £22,073 paid pro rata to a full time salary of £22,072 - £25,112)

37 hours per week, 42 weeks per year ( term time, inset days and 3 additional weeks during the school holidays)

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, forward thinking Office Manager to work in our school office.  The postholder will have the responsibility of leading and managing the office, to ensure provision of an effective administrative and clerical support service to the school. Duties will include a diverse range of secretarial and administrative duties including clerking for the Local Governing Body.    The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to relate equally well to parents, pupils and visitors,  being the first point of contact and providing  a welcome to the school.

Regis Manor Primary School is a two form entry academy in the Milton Regis area of Swale.  It is situated on a large site with extensive playing fields and play areas.  The school itself is housed in a two floor building which has enjoyed the addition of a state of the art ICT suite and a number of break out intervention areas.  The school works closely with its sister school, Westlands Primary School and the other primary schools within the Trust, to ensure that the best possible provision is made.

The school’s ultimate aim is to ensure that all children leave well prepared for secondary school – this agenda is addressed by prioritising both well-being and learning.  

High expectations are made of all pupils to achieve and attain the very best outcomes and visitors to the school often comment on its focused yet enjoyable learning environment. Strong community links and a supportive parent / carer body contribute to the school’s journey to provide an outstanding provision for all.
