School Office Administrator - Term Time Only

Part Time 21 hrs (3 days per week)

Hours 8.30 am to 4.30pm

Salary FTE 17,772

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Office Administrator to work part time at a School that enjoys a reputation of high academic standards within a caring, happy environment.

We are currently looking to appoint a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and organisational skills to undertake a wide range of duties to support the administration of a busy school.

You will have:

  • A good standard of general education with strong IT skills and experience using standard office programmes
  • The ability to prioritise your work and able to deal with a wide range of situations
  • Ideally you will have experience of working in School Office although we will consider transferable skills
  • The ability to work under pressure in a friendly and professional manner, dealing with staff, parents and members of the public.
