The Federation of The Downs and Northbourne CEP are looking to appoint teaching assistants to join our team at both The Downs CEP and Northbourne CEP from September.

Are you an enthusiastic and inspirational teaching assistant?

Are you passionate about helping young people fulfil their potential? Do you have experience working with children in the primary range?  Do you have the ability to inspire children and encourage them to grow in independence and self-confidence? Would you like to be given the opportunity to lead group sessions and to support children in their learning? Then look no further.

We are seeking to appoint:

2 class based teaching assistants (one for The Downs and one for Northbourne)

3 Inclusion TA's to work across a team of classes at The Downs which will involve small group intervention work and class based work.

You will need to have a high level of literacy and numeracy and experience of improving outcomes for pupils both academically and emotionally. We are looking for people who are determined to secure the absolute best for each pupil and will work hard to ensure every child achieves everything they are capable of.

About us:

The Downs CEP School is located in Kent in the UK. We have wonderful children and a fantastic team of staff who all work together to try and make learning fun!

We are very lucky to have lots of fantastic facilities for our children, including a large field with some great playing equipment, a wonderful library which is jam-packed with books for everyone to enjoy.
