Astor College requires a Study Manager, to start as soon as possible, providing supervision of classes in the absence of the subject teacher.  Successful applicants will also be required to undertake Examination Invigilation and run after College P6 support lessons for targeted individual students/small groups. 

This is an ideal position for someone who is considering training to be a teacher in the future.  Candidates should have A Level qualifications or a degree, with English and Mathematics at a minimum of GCSE Grade C or equivalent (upon appointment qualification certificates will need to be shown). 

Kent Range 5 (£18,704 FTE) £15,834 pro rata, 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year.
