Advert

Are you enthusiastic, motivated, and ready to make a difference?

If you are - we would like to hear from you.

We are seeking a KS1 or 2 TEACHER  - we have the capacity as a result of staff strengths in teaching to appoint the best candidate who has the passion to inspire and who will do whatever it takes to achieve success.

You will have responsibility for leading and managing a rich educational experience for your class. You will work alongside your year group partner to assess, plan and carefully orchestrate with your teaching assistant, the best provision possible resulting in all children making accelerated progress and reaching at least national standards.

We will look to you to help create a love of learning in the children, which ignites their Curiosity, Exploration and Discovery - motivating them to become the best they can be.

You will have a pivotal role in the schools teaching team. In return, you will benefit from a stimulating and supportive ethos. Colleagues who work together harmoniously to benefit the children along with opportunities for further training and professional development.

We also offer:

  • An ambitious, vibrant place to work;
  • Children who are eager to learn;
  • A supportive working culture that focuses on high expectations for all;
  • A senior leadership team that is highly committed to developing others

For NQTs, we provide an NQT programme where you will train alongside other NQTs from across the wider district. This enables teachers to support and learn from each other. There is a structure of support and challenge with customised professional learning, and every NQT has a professional mentor.
