The successful candidate will have strong organisational skills, excellent IT skills, be self-motivated and have high attention to detail.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high quality administrative support as an integral member of the Inclusion Team, with responsibilities for organising meetings relating to Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCP) and their associated reviews for learners across the school. In addition, the role will also include general administrative duties such as ordering resources, updating and monitoring of spreadsheets, organising opportunities for visiting professionals and contacting students and their families as required.

This post is based on our West site in Tunbridge Wells and you will be required to travel to our North site in Hextable.

If appointed you will have the advantage of working in a thriving school in Kent. You will also experience one of the largest employee benefits schemes in the country, Kent Rewards; through which employees receive tax free benefits including child care vouchers; access to support with healthcare and legal advice; and discounts and/or cash-back from over 1500 retailers, both local and national.

Please complete the application form provided and send to personnel@broomhill-bank.kent.sch.uk

The governors are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and the successful candidates will therefore be subject to an Enhanced check with the Disclosure and Barring Service along with other relevant employment checks.
