£17,497 fte which equates to £12,716 pro rata

32.5 hours per week, term time only

We are seeking to appoint an experienced Teaching Assistant with previous primary school experience, preferably within an early years foundation stage setting.

Applicants should have the necessary skills to support and challenge pupils in small groups or on an individual basis.  Candidates would be expected to have good literacy and numeracy skills.

Westlands Primary School is a larger than average Primary School and is a member of the Swale Academies Trust.  The School was rated ‘Good’ overall by Ofsted in May 2015, with the Early Years Provision receiving an ‘Outstanding’ grading.  We are in the process of expanding from two-form to three-form entry.
