St Augustine Academy is a non-selective 11-16 school in Maidstone, Kent which benefits from excellent resources and an exciting and vibrant learning environment.  We are currently graded Ofsted Good 2018

We are seeking to appoint an outstanding Senior Practitioner, who has a proven track record of improving attainment and progression of students from all backgrounds and of all abilities, through monitoring day to day practice combined with ongoing staff development. 

 

The Vice Principal will provide leadership and model best practice in all aspects of the Academy.  Together with the Principal, they will develop the vision and identify key priorities to ensure the Academy continues to prosper and provide an outstanding education for the local community.
