Are you ready for the most exciting few years of your career? If so, Lessness Heath Primary School is the place for you. The 650 children are looking for you to help them reach their full potential and the staff are looking for you to join their friendly, positive and focused team.

Lessness Heath Primary School is a large 3 form entry school in Bexley, South East London and is seeking to appoint a KS1 teacher on a permanent full-time contract. The position is to start in April.

The school has recently been through an Ofsted inspection (December 2017).  Ofsted stated ‘Pupils behave with consideration and care. They look out for each other and are fully involved with school life. Pupils’ good attitudes to their work and interest in learning also support the good progress that they make.’

We are pleased Ofsted recognised that ‘Teachers plan well for pupils of different ages and abilities in the classes. They make good use of questioning and follow up pupils’ answers well.’

In recognition of our Leadership team Ofsted quoted ‘The head teacher’s drive and strategic vision have been instrumental in bringing about rapid school improvement. The Headteacher, with the support of the trust and the governing body, has created a strong and resourceful leadership team. Leaders are determined to make this new school as good as it can be. All leaders have established their expectation that high aspirations, as well as good teaching and behaviour, are the rule.’
