Over the last five years Seal Primary have been on a upward tradjectory as a result of a new senior leadership team and fresh ideas. We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and creative teacher to lead our key stage 1 team across the Inspire Federation. The successful candidate will be inspiring others to think outside the box and help develop our creative curriculum.

The Inspire Federation has a large senior leadership team who work closely together to create the best outcomes for all pupils. We continually strive for improvement and never rest on our laurels. This is a great opportunity to take part in active research and implement new initiatives. The Federation will offer the right person fantastic cpd opportunities, including one-to-one coaching, in-house training and study for further qualifications.

Our new leader must be a good to outstanding teacher and have the ability to adapt their practice to meet the requirements of the Federation's Teaching & Learning policy. The development of others is vital to this role, therefore previous experience in leadership is important.
