Eastry Church of England Primary School are looking to appoint an outstanding Key Stage 2 teacher to join our happy, committed and motivated team for September 2019.

Information about the school

Eastry CE Primary is a popular single form entry primary school serving the village of Eastry and it's surrounding areas. Set in beautiful grounds the school benefits from an extensive sports field and direct access to varied outdoor learning environments. Classrooms are spacious and all have direct access to our outside spaces.

The school has approximately 215 children on roll, 9 teachers, 14 teaching assistants, 2 office staff, 3 kitchen staff, a care taker and 3 cleaners. We have an outstanding reputation for high academic standards and are an integral part of the local community. OFSTED graded the school as outstanding in Oct 2009 (full inspection) and Sept 2011 (Science inspection). We have a very effective governing body and an active Parent Teacher Association.
