Thislte Hill Academy are looking to recruit an experienced, enthusiastic and hardworking Teaching Assistant to start in June 2019.  30hrs/ 43 paid weeks (term time + 5 weeks holiday). The TA position will be in KS2.

We are looking for someone who can bring motivation, energy and excellent communication skills to the role.  You would need to support the class with their educational, physical, emotional and social development, and play an active role alongside the teacher in shaping the learning of the pupils.

Information about the school

Thistle Hill is a new Academy, which opened in September 2015. Built to serve the needs of a growing community, the school currently has over 300 pupils on roll and is expected to take on two reception classes every September until it reaches its full capacity.

The Academy is part of The Stour Academy Trust and works in a collaborative model. Thistle Hill is part of the Swale Hub of the Trust, joining two further Swale schools,Richmond Academy and Lansdowne Primary School.
