The Trustees of Cliffe Woods Academy Trust are seeking a highly motivated and efficient Clerk . The successful candidate must have excellent organisation and administrative skills, be able to work with minimal supervision, and be able to communicate effectively. Advising the governing body on local and national developments that will impact on their work is another aspect of the role.  Candidates must have competent IT skills.

Duties will include preparing and circulating agendas, taking minutes, handling correspondence, keeping records and dealing with sensitive and confidential issues. Attendance will be required at Trustee meetings, Local Governing Body meetings and Committee meetings. Meetings will be at either Cliffe Woods Primary School or Halling Primary School, meeting times vary and can be either during the day or in the evening, usually during term time. Due to the location of the meetings, use of a car is essential.

This is a busy part time appointment, there will be at least 21 meetings per year.
