Dunton Green Primary School is looking to appoint a hard-working, skilled, dependable and self-motivated Premises Manager to join our school. You will assist in ensuring the effective management, organisation and supervision of all matters relating to the school’s premises, including maintenance, security and cleaning.  Please see job description and person specification for further details.

The successful candidate will take pride in ensuring the school is clean, tidy and a safe environment. You will need to be competent at DIY tasks and be able to work both on your own initiative as well as under the guidance of others.

The post is for 25 hours a week. Salary KR5 FTE £18,704.00 Actual gross salary £12,637.84

There is the possibility for more hours if the candidate would like the responsibility of some of the aspects of the cleaning. This element of the role would be paid at KR3.

Annual leave must be taken during school holiday time and must be agreed at the start of the year with the Head teacher. Annual leave is 25 days with additional paid leave for bank holidays.

Full DBS and references will be required and the successful applicant will need to complete child protection and prevent training.
